A-Strategy came into existence because the founder, Amit Shah, over time noticed how the larger strategy houses and consultancies have monopolised the larger corporates across all industries and also how limited support and advice was offered to small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). There are very few professional firms that offer value added and practical solutions to large organisations and SMEs.
A-Strategy specialises in 3 areas which are change management, strategy development and customer experience. We leverage our strong experience and understanding of these areas to better service our clients.

Amit Shah is an experienced strategy and change consultant. Amit has spent the majority of his professional career working with and advising Fortune 500, FTSE 100 companies as well as numerous SMEs. During this period, Amit was involved in a number of challenging, exciting and varied activities such as transformation and change programmes, process improvement initiatives, strategy and planning, as well as research and analysis. Furthermore, Amit is experienced in consulting with and advising numerous CxOs, MDs as well as senior and line managers across various organisations. His career has enabled him to work for superbrands and boutique consultancies such as Lepus, Datamonitor and Capco. While working for these companies he has had the benefit of working on numerous projects with leading and blue chip clients such as HSBC, BNP Paribas, Cisco Systems, HP, Symantec, Microsoft, BT and many more.
In addition, Amit has authored a number of briefs and reports and he has also had his thoughts, views and predictions published in numerous articles and publications by journalists across the globe. Furthermore, Amit has delivered presentations to senior decision makers at client events in Europe and the USA.
Amit believes in continuous development and therefore has recently completed a triple accredited Executive MBA at the Henley Business School (formerly Henley Management College), University of Reading. In addition, Amit already holds a triple accredited specialist M.Sc. in International Business from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Management from the School of Management, University of East Anglia, Norwich.
